Empowerment and inclusiveness

Inequalities between the better off and the poor are increasing in many countries, despite the efforts to promote inclusive development and empowerment of disadvantaged groups. Here we present some tools and approaches that can help in better understanding how to counter the inequality trend and move towards empowerment and inclusiveness.
