Motivation for participation in the ARD network: to share and capitalise knowledge and experiences with colleagues from different continents; to broaden, deepen and update my competences in ARD; to strengthen thematic advocacy capacities among SDC’s “ARD community”; to strengthen the competence and commitment within SDC for ARD and especially for sustainable family-based agriculture and pastoralism, both at the operational and policy level
